You can never get someone on the phone when you call, always have to leave a message and they call back hours later. Once I booked a couple massage and when we got there they had fire one of the guys so my husband had to wait and hour while I was getting massage and vice versa. No compensation nothing, the only apologue I received was from my masseuse. And she was just doing her job. Another time I was caught in traffic and called them to let them know I was running late but know one answered so I had to leave a message. Later that day after my massage, they called my house and left messages saying that there going charging me for my no show.
Love this place! It's so close to my work and they are so professional and personable! I see Dr. Kabani the naturopathic doctor as well as daniele for my brows and skin. The pricing is reasonable for the amazing service that you get. I came to Dr. Kabani because I was always tired and stressed and now my energy levels are higher and my even my skin feels and looks better. I have booked for my laser treatments which I was getting elsewhere but Soma is so convenient! The front receptionist is so nice to talk to and I even had a treatment with the owner -- Love this place!
