Terrible experience!!! I went in to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and walked out bleeding. The girl doing it kept compelling me to tip and was hardly paying attention to me yelping in pain. I didn't realize i was bleeding until i walked to the lady at the till to pay when i accidentally touched my upper lip and noticed spots of blood on my hand. I took a quick look at my face at a nearby mirror and noticed spots of blood and tiny bruises around my eye and lip. The lady at the till nonchalantly passed me a tissue and was more concerned to know if I'd be tipping for the service. I was truly horrified and will never go back here!!!
Terrible services. Extremely rude!
I've gone for at least two years for eyebrow tinting and threading and only left unsatisfied once (because of a new employee). They are very accommodating and I'm in and out in 5 minutes. The price never changes, the ambiance is refreshing, and I always leave happy.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Went in for a waxing service and they have no idea what they are doing, staff are not trained properly at all. when i mentioned it to the manager, she defended her staff and did offer any kind of apology for a bad service.
very good, my family goes here regularly for a reason
