I went to body benefits for the first time yesterday and had an amazing time. I felt relaxed, was offered refreshments and was treated extremely well during the entire appointment. Mel was great and never made me feel rushed or nervous. I can tell she is extremely well trained and has lots of experience. She was also great with helping chose nail colours and teaching me about which products are best for my body. My shellac manicure is the best manicure I've ever received and I left the salon feeling great. Overall, this is the best spa I've been to and I'll definitely be going back soon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Melanie is one of the best person to go to. She pays attention to detail, no matter what type of treatment she is doing. Made me feel very comfortable. Her staffs are amazing. customer service is a plus. Got a hair removal treatment done. She keeps her knowledge up to date. Girls, if you havnt got your hair removal done yet, its worth the time and money. I have done 6 treatments and I am on the touch up stage. I don't have to shave as much anymore. With in the 6 weeks, I only have to shave 4 times in the private area. I am glad I did my research and ended up at Body Benefits!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS…..buy the numbing cream….worth to get it, load your self up..hehehehehe

Melanie is a true skincare expert. She knows the science behind every skincare problem and how to address it. I was referred to Melanie years ago by colleagues who both had beautiful skin. She assessed me and created a skincare regimen using mostly Yon Ka products. I loved them! Then I had babies for the next few years and forgot to take care of myself... After neglecting my skin for years and trying a series of different drugstore lines, I realized I should return to Melanie. It was such a relief! Now I'm on a combination of Yon Ka and Eminence products, and even though I'm sleep-deprived from raising babies, my skin looks fantastic! I've even stopped getting painful acne cysts on my face. I would recommend Melanie's services to anybody. She's fantastic!

My friend first told me about body benefits when she came to visit me in London and was in desperate need of some grooming and randomly chose this place on oxford street. She called me after her appointment and told me that this was the place to go and Melanie was THE girl to see. Im very optimistic so i thought id give her a try cause by then i didn't have a solid esthetician. God forbid i will ever go anywhere else now. I went to her hopping it would be a good experience. She surpassed my expectations. Very cute spot when you walk in ready with beverages and the aroma was amazing. As they put me in a room i was ready for my appointment. She was very talkative and made it a very comfortable stay. She is so knowledgable and very smart. She knew exactly what she was doing when she said she was finished i didn't even realize it. It was Fantastic. I moved from london and i now drive 6 hours just to go to her. If that doesn't tell you that this is the place to go then i don't know what will. If you want a great place to go, Go to Melanie at Body Benefits!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!! She is great.

Not only do you receive an amazing facial from Melanie, but she also educates you about your skin. Melanie will take the time to talk to you if you have concerns about your skin and she will go out of her way to teach you about proper skin care -specific to your skin. I have been seeing Melanie at Body Benefits for at least 15 years now and every visit I walk out feeling so much better, because my skin is better. You definitely receive top notch service at Body Benefits. Melanie knows what she's talking about, and she knows her products very well. Thank you for all that you do Melanie ! :)
