My girlfriend booked Studio H for her bridal party - 15 clients for hair and make-up. When she went for her bridal consultation she was not happy with her hair (it looked nothing like what she wanted) and was still charged $70 - most places charge $0 for the bride's hair consult! When she called to book a repeat visit they told her that, since she was not a long standing client, she would be charged $70 again! She asked to speak with the manager, who was unable to come to the phone, and never even bothered to call her back!! Needless to say she cancelled all 15 appointments and changed to them to Side Street Salon, who offered free consults for the bride AND bridal party and have been awesome so far. Apparently Studio H is not interested in 15 potential new clients!

Just got back from a facial with Alex and OMG was it amazing!!! She goes above a beyond. Such a wonderful person! Knows all about the great Dermalogica facial line and recommended only the products she knew I needed! The spa was spectacular, great new transformation. Busy busy in the salon as always but always friendly faces at the front reception. I will keep coming back and will now be going up to the spa for many more services with Alex! Thanks for the great experience Studio-H!

I've only had esthetics done there. Esthetician Michelle is awesome. If you're new or unsure about getting any kind of esthetics done, Michelle is your girl. There is parking available which is convenient for the downtown location and the prices are very resonable.

The Salon's Prices Get a HUGE thumbs down. Just had Hair extensions done loop and lock. The salon charges 10 per strand. For $688.00 the stylist could only put 60 extensions in.. Ladies if you have had hair extensions before you need at least 100 strands for a whole head of hair. At this salons rate that would mean you would be paying $1000.00 to get your hair looking full and properally done. On an up note, the stylist Mandy was very calm, and gentle and didnt force conversations etc. Making the experience very pleasent. Unfortunately, they don't carry the extensions on site so i have to wait through the weekend to get it finished and it of course is going to cost a few more $100 dollar bills to get the look that should have been achieved today. I will get this done as i have half a head of hair and dont want to put all my good dollars to waste. I won't however be going back!

I've been to Studio H many times for various services from pedicures to waxing... everything has been outstanding. The service is great and they really make you feel comfortable and relaxed! Love the Dermalogica product line too.
