Rooms are fine. Quality of food and service for function was terrible. Not what one expects from a Hilton.

Average hotel, room is standard, lobby is nice and spacious and pleasant to sit in. Breakfast staff are arrogant, food is good, coffee is rubbish. The Costa in the lobby isn't real, they don't know how to make a flat white! Had to wait over one hour to get a table for dinner, or wasn't even busy.

Nice reception area and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are OK, nothing overly exciting - they were clean and tidy. Facilities looked good although we didn't use many of them. Would stay there again if there was a special offer on the price.

This hotel blows hot and cold, but mostly cold. The staff are great. Yet that doesn't make up for a tired and run down hotel experience, rooms are kind of depressing and do not make for a home away from home. The restaurant is hit & miss, we've had good and really poor food in it. Parking is OK but DO NOT leave valuables on show, one night I drove in at 1am and a car had its rear window smashed, not long ago a colleagues Range Rover window was smashed and his laptop nicked. A large Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away is very useful. The Coral Sea water park and Lookout are only 5 mins by car, with Legoland nearby too. Thai restaurant, Hideout, only 10 minute drive away.

For my little cousin's birthday present - a trip to Legoland we booked 3 enjoyable nights at this hotel. We'd mentioned that he was a birthday boy - they noted it down and presented him with a birthday cake with candles and singing to match by the staff. Such a lovely gesture. Overall the hotel was easy to find and I think it is the best base for Legoland.
