I went to see Mr Maisam Fazel after seeing several other plastic surgeons. He was very different - spent lots of time with me and explained the procedure in detail. I wanted a breast lift (after 4 kids) and chose to have fat transfer as well to increase the breast size rather than implants. Its been 6 months since my surgery and I'm really pleased with the results - in fact, they are better than I expected!
