Hilton St. Anne's Manor, Bracknell

I was warm welcomed. Pleasant room and soft bed. There was a strange noise from the air conditioners. The staff were friendly and very polite. I've enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the bar. Liked the spa and the pool.
Fantastic hotel. Very welcoming and a relaxing place to stay. Rooms are excellent and spacious. Pool and gym are good too breakfast is well organised and staff are not rushed. Restaurant is very limited menu but the bar menu had a wider choice.
Lovely hotel, not too far from central Reading. Reasonable restaurant - food is not bad. Good grounds, can go for a walk. Would stay again - definitely recommend.
They are in the middle of renovations (extending out to 2013, apparently), and to be honest the rooms need it. We had an upgrade to a deluxe suite for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids, which was spacious enough and the beds were comfortable, but the decor and trimmings were distinctly tired. Poor range of channels on the TV, and some of those (including kids ones) had bad signal, soap dish coming off the wall in the bathroom. The whole place was well cleaned, though, and plenty of linens provided. The dining/breakfast room was excellent. Reception provided kids colouring/sticker packs which went down well. Good service from the staff at reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Didn't try the pool. The hotel's position mid-way between Wokingham and Bracknell made it easy to get to and find, parking was no problem. The hotel grounds were nice, though it was raining most of the time we were here (can't really blame the hotel for that). Getting in to Bracknell for a small shopping trip was easy, though coming back hit heavy traffic. If you get a renovated room, I think it would be a great stay so I've erred towards a middling score. For us it was only average, below par for Hilton and certainly below par for a Category 7 Hilton.
Well layed out and decorated with fantastic service but felt very... Silent.
