I called stephen on multiple occasions to ask about spa maintenance. He was extreamly helpful over the phone helping me troubleshoot issues I was having and wasn't in a hurry to just come out and charge me for minor issues. I also had to do a pump replacement and he told me what my options were and how much it would cost, He came the very next day, put in my new pump, checked out the rest of the spa system at no charge was clean punctual and very fair. I would reccomend Steve and Protech to everyone.
