To describe Broken Sound Club in one word is "AMAZING" I have walked through all areas of the club including Old Course, You see the managers walking around the club and helping out and teaching staff, This is fantastic, This club is very relaxed but responsive at the same time, If you need anything they will accommodate in every way they can. I am now proud to call Broken Sound Club "My Home".
I love Broken Sound Club. The employees are absolutely wonderful and the two golf courses are beautiful. It is a breathtaking club inside and out!
My friend had his wedding here. The landscape if beautiful but that is about it. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. There were a number of items that went magically "missing" (including my sunglasses) during the pictures when only the wedding party and staff were present. The manager's and owner's response was "sorry, not sure what you'd like us to do". When I asked them to review the film, management said that the film did not reach the area where the items went missing. This was a disappointing response. I would avoid this location at all costs!
