I booked a hair and makeup trial for my wedding at this salon. I called and spoke to Ron and told him I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly but I knew I wanted to incorporate some sort of braid. He said he had the perfect person and booked me with Julie. She was very kind but she had no idea how to do any type of braid other than a simple plait. It was an utter waste of time and money. The hair was running long and I was walked over to start my makeup and told by Jenny that she would finish my hair when the makeup was done. She never came back and I never saw her again. When I mentioned how upset I was when Ron came over he simply said this is what hair and makeup trials are for and walked away. The other employees I spoke with said I should never have been booked with her and they didn't understand why I wasn't booked with one of the other girls who specialized in that kind of thing. I left with my hair looking exactly as it did when I came in. Ron should never have booked me with a stylist who lacked the ability to do what I had requested. The receptionist said she would have a manager call me on Monday and took down my information. Instead weeks later I get a call from the salon saying the stylist that did my hair and makeup trial had another wedding to do and would not be able to do my hair and suggested another stylist. Are you kidding? Not that I would come back but that is awful. I would not recommend this salon.

Best salon in Boca. I always leave feeling good and looking good. They do my color, cut and waxing here. I have always been extremely happy with the service!

Loved it. Visiting from out of town, was able to get in easily for a waxing. Mariana was professional and friendly, did a speedy great job. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I've been in the salon industry for eight years, Salon Oasis makes it's clients feel welcome and comfortable, just like any other salon owner would want. When I'm in Boca again I'll definitely be back. They do allow tips on debit cards, which is very helpful for the cash-less salon goer.

Young gal at the front desk Lindsay was as buttoned up and professional as the BEST I've seen. Decor, staff, spa offerings, "Top Notch"! My gal insists on Salon Oasis. Impressive team and space. Well done, Salon Oasis!
