this salon is right around the corner from town center mall! I stopped in one day because I was interested in getting some services. I got a peel and eyebrow threading it was amazing! My blowdry was fantastic and the gloss they put on my hair brightened up my color. The staff is all friendly and professional, not to mention great prices $40 for a blowdry! I highly recommend this salon!

Regarding Jody Jack Salon in Boca Raton, Marian is an excellent stylist and does a great job with color. She is one of the best stylists I have ever seen. HOWEVER, the front desk is the single WORST run desk I have ever encountered. They are always busy talking to each other, don't pay attention, ask you the same question over and over, and basically seem annoyed that you want attention. They fail to notify the stylist you are there on many occasions, so you must do so yourself in order for the stylist to know you are there and waiting. If you call, you are most likely to be put on hold, as I was this morning, and into a holding pattern where the phone rang another 34 times before they picked up again. When I called to cancel, Robin said, OK--not would you like to reschedule, etc. Her answer when I told her I would like to comment on the very poor service was "that's too bad, so sorry." I like Marian, but I don't intend to make the drive to give this salon owner anymore of my money.
