I am very disappointed with the massage parlor, the first time I went there it was beyond fabulous. The next time I went I took my friend as a part of her birthday present , there was a loud noise constantly going on. It almost sounded like the A/C and we couldn't relax, both our guys weren't good at all. Then I send my parents there for Valentine's Day and again yet another person is disappointed. I will not be returning what so ever! I wouldn't recommend going there at all, three times in just over a month and the bad experiences just continue!
Been coming here for a little over a month. I like it. They keep the salon clean and most staff are friendly. Sue does a great job on my gels.
I was a new customer at The Studio & Day Sap. Jennifer nicely completed my manicure but Kim was very rude and she wasn't even completing my service. My purse was sitting in an empty chair and Kim came over and grabs my purse without asking me to move it so her customer could sit there. Kim then tries to sit my purse on the floor but I said "no, I will hold it." Kim then sits with her customer to begin the lady's manicure and Kim said to her customer "My store" and the customer said "right." Kim spoke and understood English very well and could have asked me to move my purse so her customer could sit there. I don't know why she would be so aggressive and rude to me, as a paying customer in the salon. It was as if she was saying it was her place and she can treat people and their personal items any way she wants. I wanted to speak with Kim after my services but didn't want to make a scene so I decided to call back to the salon and speak with Kim directly. I wanted to tell her she should NEVER treat paying customers as such. I called The Studio but Kim was never available. Something made Kim become rude and aggressive to the point she couldn't ask me to move my purse so the lady could sit down. I am going to write a letter to the owner of this store and make him aware of her behavior. Also, my sister and her friends go to this salon where Kim works and their good paying customers!! I haven't spoke with my sister yet but I'm going to let each of them know how I was treated at this place. Their profession is in the media industry so I am hoping Kim acts up again so she can possibly be found out....maybe even on the news! If I was the owner I would have a sit down with her because I am going to come back to The Studio and pay my money for a service....except this time I will be recording so WATCH OUT KIM!!!
the place looks great, Ricky does my nails, am so happy I did find him, he is really good, my pink and white never looked better,I got so many complements, he is the best, and also has a great personality!!!
i love this salon, its clean, beautiful nice furniture comfy big chairs very very friendly owners and staff. the only one i don't like there is DIANA she is new and very very rude tells you what to do and is really rough with peoples hands and does very bad nails all other staff there do amazing nails i recommend this salon to everyone i have been going there since they opened just make sure Diana does not do your nails. :) i am more then sure they will get rid of her once someone makes a complaint to the owner.
