I bought the Groupon for two brazillian wax services. I scheduled my first appointment for early March. I used the one at that time. I went to print of the coupon again since I failed to get it back from her at the time and it stated that both had been redeemed. I contacted Emily and she stated the fine print says for "new customers only", which is true. She says since I've been there once, I cannot use the other one. She said several times that Groupon is only to get new clients. If I paid $59 for two waxes, and both were redeemed for one wax, this was not a deal at all as her normal pricing is $60 (the website now says 60+/up). I even paid an additional $10 because she wanted to wax my lower abdomen as well with a $10 tip on top of it. I will not be returning for additional services at her establishment. It was not comfortable at all (waxing aside) & I distinctly got the feeling if I hadn't called the morning of for directions, she wouldn't have been there as she had no idea I had the appointment.
In the last two months I have visited Euphoria Day Spa three separate times. The first two visits were for body waxing and the third for a deep tissue massage, manicure and pedicure. I found the atmosphere to be very relaxing and all the employees professional. I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there. The waxing was quick and painless.I love the benefits of waxing as I am spending as much time as possible by the pool and at the beach. The deep tissue massage was AWESOME. Care was taken to make this a very individualized massage addressing my personal trouble areas. I am looking forward to my next massage soon. I enjoyed talking with the nail technician while getting my pedicure and manicure. She was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the water temperature and vibrating pedicure lounge chair. My nails look great and I love my new bright summer nail color.
The people that work there, with the exception of Shannon who just started there, are VERY disorganized. Do NOT buy their groupons, they won't honor them. They claim to be a spa, and yet they play rock music all the time, and "yell" to each other all the time as they need things across the "spa". That's ANYthing BUT relaxing.
