I love this place! They have helped me lose a tremendous amount of weight. I tried for years prior and I could never lose more then a few pounds before I gave up. A big group of us did the weight-loss program at Living Young together (a great way to do it in my opinion is with a group of friends or coworkers). It was easy to follow and the support was terrific. We ALL lost weight.
