The massage was excellent as always. My therapist, Trista, is AMAZING! She always seems to just know which places need the most work, even though they change from one appointment to the next. The facility is always very clean and the staff very friendly and professional at the same time. If you want to treat yourself or a friend I definitely recommend going to this Massage Envy!

I have been to a few massage parlors and have seen good and bad, but the people at the Sanford Spa are way above any i have seen. The girls at the desk are always smiling and courteous, very clean rooms, and a quiet atmosphere makes this place outstanding. And lets not forget that Amazing therapist named "Trista"!! Thank you everybody.

The customer service skills of the staff at this location are absolutely terrible! We have been to several locations in the Naperville, IL area and on the Northshore in Louisiana, and this location is just horrible in comparison. They don't seem to really know what they're doing, nor do they care about the customers. It's basically a factory. My husband and I have both had memberships for a couple years now, and this is the first location that has exhibited this kind of poor customer service. I guess we will be trying the Altamonte Springs location. It's definitely worth the extra 10 minutes for us to drive.

Nice staff, good atmosphere. Just signed up for the monthly membership.
