As a helicopter pilot and a victim of whiplash, for the past year I have suffered from intermittent extreme neck tightness that significantly limits my range of motion. These bouts would normally last 3-4 weeks with varying degrees of intensity and I tried everything to decrease the severity. Finally, I discovered a massage therapist in San Diego that seemed to work wonders and reduced the pain from these episodes. After moving to Florida, I had an onset of this neck stiffening and quickly sought out a massage therapist. Luckily, I found Bruce! He was able to see me immediately and his results were incredible! Within two days after the massage, I went from barely being able to move my neck to near full range of motion and very little pain. THE BEST RESULTS I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A MASSAGE! (and I have had a lot) By completing his neck exercises, I have been able to keep the neck stiffness from returning. I have returned to see Bruce once more and will certainly see him more in the future as we work to fix some of my other posture related ailments.

John Spears was AMAZING. First positive: Sunday availability. I booked my 90 minute service as part of my recovery immediately following the Pensacola Marathon, and it was tough finding a practice open on Sundays. Booking: Online booking and green payment system is awesome. I love being able to quickly and easily set appointments online. Makes it easy to keep track of everything. Service: This was the real treat. John worked wonders on me. I was super impressed with his knowledge, skill, and ability to communicate the hows and whys of what he was doing throughout my treatment. Not to sound hokey, but I felt like he was very much in tune with my energy for the entire 90 minutes; not just working on me, but working with me, responding appropriately. Because of the nature of my visit, along with it being my first time with the group, we got off to a late start. John actually asked me if it was okay if we ran late so that I could receive my full time. Heck yes! I can't stress enough how wonderful the experience was. I have been fortunate enough to have traveled the world, one of my goals was to get messages in every country I went to (17 countries). Later on I owned one of Pensacola's largest Day Spa's and one of the perks was to get free messages anytime a new masseuse was interviewing for a job. Needless to say I have enjoyed many different types of messages, personalities and results.Recently had a total Labral repair and then 2 bouts of cancer with maximum doses of Chemo and Radiation, after my second bout I had a modified neck dissection on the same side as the Labral repair. I had several visits for a structural massage to help with stiffness I had been dealing with off and on for over a year. Amazing results, I could not be more pleased with the outcome, and would recommend it to anyone. It was an extremely effective deep tissue massage, not merely a superficial one. I've noticed greater flexibility and was taught additional stretches to do at home!
