My previous esthetician disappeared so I've been wanting to find someone else. My skin is really sensitive and will also break out with most facials, so it's difficult for me to want to try new people. I purchased 2 facials on Groupon with All About You Day Spa with the intent of giving them to my wife since she really loves facials. I read through there reviews and decided to try them out myself and was very impressed. Chris (I think that was her name) was very gentle with the extractions and I had no breakout or inflammation afterwards. She has a great touch and is easy to communicate with what you are looking for. I'm happy to have found my new esthetician!!
This was the most terrible back massage that I have ever received. I receive massages a couple of times a month and this was honestly, TERRIBLE. I cannot remember the massage therapist's name but she was an older hispanic woman. Firstly, She made me feel bad that I was sick. I had a cold that was fading away and she told me that she couldn't afford to get sick and asked why I didn't tell her I had a cold before my session. I found this to be extremely rude in the manor she handled herself. Shocking.. really. Secondly, The massage itself was just pathetic. She had long fingernails in which would dig into my skin.. She had an unusual pace where she would massage super fast, like a jack rabbit, and then very slow. At one point I remember thinking to myself that I would rather be at work than laying on that table. 3. She told me to get dressed after the 'massage' as I was getting a facial next. Well, in the facial room I was ordered to get undressed again to put on a gown. My facialist was super sweet and apologized for the massage therapist ignorance in that she should have given me a robe to avoid getting dressed and undressed again (my outfit was not an easy one to dress in and out of). "All about you Luxury", not so much. It wasn't about me at all. I have to say the facialist was awesome but unfortunately I won't be returning due to the horrific massage experience. If you are considering a massage here, don't do it.

If you are considering a massage here, stop. Really, there are plenty of other spas that employ fabulous massage therapists.
I live on a fixed income so it is a real treat to myself when I can go to this spa. But, the last time I was there for a brow wax, I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. That never happened before. I was always treated with gentle quality service; being pampered, no matter what the service. I was truly disappointed this time. I will still continue to go when I can for all the services, but was not impressed with the new clinician for brow waxing. Love their facials/massages. I believe the web site says, brow wax is 20 minutes! Didn't happen this time.
Love this place. Have been with Cindy since before this spa. This place is the most peaceful secret in all of Atlanta. It is like a mini vacation for your soul.
