This was absolutely the worst waxing experience of my entire life. I made an appointment to get a brazilian wax. Now ladies, it's already uncomfortable enough to have your ho-ha in some stranger's face, not to mention the pain that comes along with a brazilian wax, so GREAT customer service will go a very long way in this type of experience. First off, the lady didn't have anything for me to drape over myself. And when I asked for something, she gave me a towel that was under the table. I don't know if the towel was clean or dirty. Next, when she started, she was very forceful with putting the wax on and ripping very quickly with no warning. After, the third rip, I very assertively told her that I was going to need her to slow down and let me know before she pulled. I don't think that's too much to ask. I have gotten brazilian waxes before and this was the most uncomfortable experience that I have ever had. I won't EVER be back!

Used to come to this location all the time before I switched jobs. As far as brazilians go: very quick and thorough at an affordable price. No need to make an appointment unless you want a certain tech to do it. Go here if you're a Brazilian vet and just going in and out. Only gripe is that it may be a bit hard to find the first time you try and find it. It's upstairs across from target.
