I loved my experience at Salon Three-Thirteen! I would recommend them to everyone. Tanya was very patient and attentive to my needs and wants in my hairstyle. Everyone there is courteous and professional. I plan on going back again!

My 1st haircut with Brennan was great. I received so many compliments from friends and even strangers. My 2nd cut with Brennan was a disappointment. People actually came up to me and asked me what happened to my great cut. The sides are different lengths, the back is too long and the top is not shaped. The bangs are uneven. I did ask Brennan to give me the same cut as the 1st one. However I could have gotten the same cut at Great Clips for $9.99 instead of paying $60 for a poor cut a 3-13. Very disappointed. I haven't given up on 3-13 but will use another hairdresser from now on. Kathy Belville

Horrible! I went to this salon this weekend to get color done. I have heard many great things and was really excited. My colorist was very nice but I don't understand why they charge a lot extra just to dry your hair after color is done!! You can't even fully see the results til your hair is dry!! They hand you a little hand held mirror to look at for a second while hair is still dripping wet and that's it!! When I got home & dried my hair myself I was so disappointed!! My hair was very patchy, not the color I was expecting and you could still see my roots in spots!!! For what they charged me I really expected better!! I have been to other salons, got my hair colored, dried and styled for much less!! When I spoke with someone on the phone about this I was just told "oh well, have a nice day" and hung up on! Ridiculous!!!!! I will never go to this salon ever again!
