I have been going to Zender's salon and spa for 3 years and have always been very happy with their service. Annie is my stylist and she does a wonderful job. The staff are very friendly. I love this place!!

I'm a full time student, full time worker and a full time Zender's costumer. Whether it be a cut, color, or wax, I walk out feeling like a can take on the world. It's uncanny the confidence a Brazilian can give you! My busy, and often, changing schedule does allow me book appointments too far in advance, which leads to taking whoever I can get at the time. I've seen maybe 5 different stylists and have always appreciated the end product!

Amanda is a wonderful stylist. She cuts my hair better than anyone ever has!

I went there for a wax...I came out bruised! Also when I got home and looked in the mirror I could see she missed a lot of hair too. In addition to having wax still stuck to me when I arrived home...I look horrible! I WILL NEVER RETURN!

My sister and I both had appointments at 6, my sister's went smoothly. However, my stylist was 45 minutes late. I would have left if I wasn't waiting for my sister. When the stylist was finally done with the previous client she apologized and rescheduled me for a half price appointment. However, I got called into work the morning of my appointment so I called to reschedule and was met with unbelievable rudeness. The receptionist interrupted me to inform me that I would be charged in the future for canceling on late notice, did not ask if I wanted to reschedule, and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation... I can not believe this place still has customers.
