I called and asked to speak to a manager. Without even finding out what I wanted, the woman who answered the phone said, This is her, I'm not interested" and hung up on me. Gee, if I would have been calling her to tell her she won the lottery, she would have never known. I will not visit this business based on my initial experience.

Went here after leaving Nail Trix b/c they were too busy one day. All I have to say is WOW!!! The nail tech did a fabulous job and was extremely meticulous!!! My nails look great and since she painted as close to the cuticle as possible I will be able to have nice nails for at least 2 weeks (unlike when I had them done at Nail Trix and they paint so far away from the cuticle that you have to go back after 1 week)! Plus Solace's mani is only $10 instead of $15 (what they charge at Nail Trix). The staff was polite and made my nails look amazing :) VERY PLEASED!

Today I went to Solace for the first time to get a pedicure. I went in at 2:15 and was done with my pedicure by 2:35! This is the fastest pedicure I have ever received. If I knew I was going to spend 15 mins getting a pedicure I would have painted my toe nails myself. They rushed me out of there so quickly! Very disappointed in their services, and will never go back!

This is the WORST place to go! my hands look horrible! The nail tech glued my fingers together, used way too much acrylic on the nails..I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this place! it's not even worth rating 1 star!!! stay FAR AWAY!!!
