Reviews
While the massage itself was fine, their customer service is horrible. They save credit card information even if that credit card is not authorized to be used for payment. They require a credit card number to book appointments, which is normal, but if you book an appointment for yourself and a friend under your credit card number, they automatically save your credit card information under your friend's name (even if you do not use the credit card for payment). And they will charge that card under your friend's account (again, even if you never authorized that card for payment). This happened to me and while the staff fixed the issue when I notified them of the problem, this business practice does not seem legal and the manager I spoke to was rude and kept talking over me while I was asking questions about this very questionable practice. I will not return as I don't feel my personal information is protected.
