My daughter and I visited this facility for the first time today. Both of us had an "American Facial' with some extras - Enzyme mask and Ampoule treatment. This was WONDERFUL! The clinicians were incredibly professional and really took their time with us. The environment is clean and welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us! We will be back for certain!

Naturally each student has their own individual style, but the professional estheticians / teachers who are always nearby, ensure the quality of service is consistent and individualized to meet each persons needs. When folks tell me repeatedly that I look over 15 yrs younger, I know I can attribute much of that praise to the facial care and guidance I have gotten over the years with everyone at the Woburn Hinds Institute From the moment you enter and are greeted by Laurie Stumpt, at the front desk, you know you are in good hands. Laurie sets the stage to feel the warmth, care and highest sense of professionalism!! Having gone to many spas, entering or making your final payment can cause unnecessary stress and tarnish the relaxation you might have experienced in the spa treatment. Laurie, who is regularly present, guarantees everyone will be met with the best customer service one could want. As I have been going for so long, I have seen many interactions and all who enter and leave have appreciate the attentive individual care. Going to Hinds Institute, it feels like you are visiting a haven of self care and an atmosphere of kindness with Laurie's welcome. i found the front desk/answering service to be uninformed and less than professional. i was scheduled for services that were not taught to the students yet - and didn't find out until i had driven 40 minutes to get there. most places might offer some kind of free service or discount due to the misinformation - not here. i went ahead with another treatment, which was just okay - definitely not worth the slightly less than a regular spa discount. the students chatted while patrons were "relaxing" on the tables.. i also heard loud yawns and other such unprofessional behavior by students. i like to think i am a very understanding customer in any situation, but the standard here was sub-par enough for me to be bothered. i would recommend this place for only the most exotic or expensive of treatments, to get a taste of what its like before dropping more money at a regular spa.
