Elements Therapeutic Massage
Reviews
I have been to Elements several times over the past year and have been very happy with every massage I have had there. When you arrive the receptionists are friendly and the waiting room is very relaxing and comfortable. The studio is always very clean and you never feel rushed. I have seen several different therapists there and have always been happy with each of them. I always feel like I could fall asleep as soon as my massage is over. I will continue to get my massages here and look forward to my next visit.
Worst massage ive ever had. Nothing like the rest of the elements. Never coming back.
Elements in Woburn is so much more relaxed now with the new owners. They have done a complete turnover since the last owner. I love getting my monthly massages for a cheap price. All the therapists are great and are very knowledgable. The front desk is welcoming from start to visit. :)
I've been there a total of 3 times so far. I think it helps to go and find the therapist that you like best. I personally went in there with some specific knots/PT type of needs that one therapist seemed to understand and others were reluctant to address b/c they felt I wasn't doing the "whole body / wellness" treatment. If I'm paying that much, I don't really want to have to argue for the type of treatment I wanted. To save money for a new treatment I'm starting for my back, I bought a package of 5. BUT be forewarned that when you buy the package of 5, they won't let you use it that day. They give you a discount, but I ended up paying for 6 massages that day. But the service and price is great, they always give you the full time and for me, the location is convenient.
I purchased a package of 5 massages awhile back because I really liked the feel of the place and it was convenient to where I work. However, since the new owner took over, I can't stand the place. He is overly salesy and fake and did not honor my previous package so my 5 pack got turned into 3 pack. When presented with the problem, he gave me the salesy runaround and then offered me a whopping $5 discount on the already super-expensive massages. Bad business all around.
