wondering what happened to this location. I went for a schd appt door locked phone number posted to call. called both office and number on door got nothing but vociemail . So what's up?

I went to American Laser for approximately 3 months last year. I received botox injections to my face and honestly about 2 weeks later, I looked in the mirror one morning and scared myself. My eye lids were sagging. I looked horrible. Before I started these injections, the staff did not tell me that this was a side effect. If I knew this I wouldn't have signed up for this treatment. I had injections to my lips because I wanted them to appear fuller. After the misery and pain you go through, it only lasted about 2 weeks. After that my lips looked the same as before I had the injections. I also had Zerona treatments which was supposed to take inches off my waist. This did not work. I recently found out from my doctor something about the medication I have to take every day for depression and anxiety. These medications made me gain weight. This is one of the side effects. This is why the Zerona treatments did not work for me. I was gaining weight the whole time I was receiving the treatments. Medically speaking, this is why the Zerona treatments did not work. In place of the these treatments that were so disappointing, American Skincare offered me other treatments in place of refunding me the money. American Skincare doesn't care about people. They just want the money regardless of the results of the procedures. I now have bills totaling $10,000 for something that turned out disgusting and out of my control. American Laser refuses to refund and now my account has been turned over to collection agencies. I would advice people not to go to American Laser Skincare. Go somewhere else where they actually care about you.

I didn't get "the hairless is in" memo when it came out. Anyway, being one of those hairy beast guys I decided to turn it down a notch. I went to American Laser and I have to say, I didn't hate it. The treatments actually felt pretty good and the girls were very nice. I do see a big difference, but personally I feel a bit naked. Personal preference I guess, but this treatment works.

I have been a client at American Laser Skincare for awhile now and I love it, the staff is really nice and caring, The Clinic Manager is also very helpful and knowledgable. I have been doing some skin treatments to help with my clogged pores and it really seems to be helping, they also carry a great product line that works awesome for my skin type. I also love that they have a payment plan with no interest it makes getting these kinds of treatments affordable for everyones budget. I would recommend this clinic in Worcester to anyone. :)

The staff has high turnover, apparently minimal training and experience and a very strong view of what everyone should consider attractive/acceptable... in other words, go someplace else. Unless you like slipshod, sloppy services and honestly don't care about the end results. There are independent laser hair removal services in Worcester as well as several dermatologists. Go to them. The services will be more effective and higher quality and thus the same price or cheaper in the long run. Also, you'll be happier, and isn't that the goal here? Your happiness? ALC doesn't care about that. They just want your money and once they've got it you're locked in.
