A complete waste of $550.The worst customer service skills I've ever experienced, and they refuse to have proper communication skills with paying clients (text messages are not appropriate for a place of business.) I only wish I would have read the reviews on them before I booked them and gave them my hard earned coins. They showed up for my party late, and one of the girls was terribly sick. They didn't complete all the services I paid for, and half ass did the other ones. I would never recommend them to anyone nor would I spend another penny on their services. I cant understand how they're still in business.

I don't give this place no stars the staff members were more professional then the owner she was cussing at her staff while the kids was around I seen roaches ewww the owner left after being there for at least 5mins she was very rude all her products was from the dollar store smdh.Her prices are ridiculously high for such a ghetto LOCATION DONT CALL HER OR SPEND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

My sister and I went a few months ago with my two nieces and I have never had such a bad experience like this before. The staff was amatures at best, I waited for over an hour to get my toes completed (which was the only service that I wanted although I was forced to pay for both pedicure and manicure package) so my sister had to finish my toes (she is a pedicurist), the owner went to the Dollar store for my nieces snacks, the place is run down filled with cheap decoration which is not how it looks on their site and when we attempted to talk to the owner about being displeased she pretty much blamed her staff, who by the way were young high school kids. The workers didnt have many nice things to say about the owner and I can see why. She spoke to them really rude and got upset that they were having a conversation with my sister and I. Parents please stay far away from this place...I recently learned that the police has been called out to this spa on many occasions due to unhappy customers getting into altertications and employees calling the police because the owner refused to pay them. Please do your research...call the local county police to verify.
