Trust me, if I could rate these folks with 0 stars, I would. I paid for a groupon (about $150) worth of laser hair removal. Had an appointment that I couldn't keep because an emergency came up and they charged me $22.50 for not making the appointment even though I talked to them on the phone and asked if I could reschedule for another day.
I also told them they could keep everything I already paid (for 5 more visits) - only went in one time and they still weren't happy. Still charged my Visa card for the missed appointment. You'd think if I already paid $150 and only had one appointment out of 6, they would be happy keeping all of that. Nope, still took more money.
Can't recommend this business to anyone. VERY UNHAPPY!
I received the BEST massage ever! Lux's massage therapist is Amazing! She has great pressure and is extreamly nice. I will be coming back every chance i can. :)
