Michele's Salon & Day Spa

Very professional and clean. I love that it's not a "gossipy" place, and I've always been very pleased with their services. I've been a customer for thirty years.
Horrible pedicure. I paid $40 for 20 minutes. Did not trim anything at all. Did not even use a pumice stone on my feet or heals. No type of massage whatsoever. No one was in line waiting for me. I went there because I had a gift card. I will use the balance of the card to buy some hairspray.
I went for a manicure and wasnt impressed. It was just okay, the nail technician wasnt mean but she wasnt nice either. And when one of her other clients came in she was more concerned with them than a new potential client sitting right in front of her. I thought it was a bit overpriced for so-so service. I havent been back and dont intend to be.
I went to Michele's Salon for my first time waxing experience. Totally hated it. They still use a stick waxing method, which is pretty outdated. I left with wax all over my body and patches of hair that hadn't been touched. She was slow about it, which really caused me to be very uncomfortable. I had to get into uncomfortable positions that were not necessary. I was so unhappy I never went back. I now go to Breathe Salon on E. Grand River. Laurie is the esthetician over there and goes above and beyond her calling. I recommend Breathe Salon to all my girlfriends because Michele's Salon was absolutely horrible. Worst experience of my life.
I've had plenty of haircuts over the years, however, I recently went to Michele's Salon & Day Spa in Brighton, MI and was completely blown away at how wonderful my haircut turned out. The customer service was amazing. Amy, my stylist did an amazing job. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!
