When we first walked in, everyone was nice and friendly, but then, I get back to my seat, and I get my gal. now the funs begins, she did a test strip on my hair since it was red/orange ( I wanted blonde highlights), so we did that for an hour, figured we do highlights with a toner, and cover it with light brown to take our the orange tint, and to color the back underneath back to the dark I had it before. which was awesome. while she was doing my highlights, instead of brushing my hair first (it had been up all night) she just went straight to separating my hair to do my highlights. it looked good when it was still wet, when she was blow drying it she dug for far into my scalp with her brush that I went home and seen that I was bleeding, I then got home and took a shower, and noticed I still had hair dye in my hair, she DID NOT rinse my hair properly. my sister also got highlights, they look good, but are an inch from her roots as are mine. the instructors were good and patient (seeing I was getting impatient) we went in at 9am, and did not leave till 2pm, in which my hair was not done, she still had to trim and blow dry, but I could not sit in the chair any longer. I will NEVER recommend this one. I have always gone to beauty schools to get my hair done, and have NEVER had this bad of an experience!
