Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Stlyist showed up late, and was very unpleasant. Wasn't pleased at all with my hair afterwards, and was offered no refund nor any compensation. I would never recommend this shop again. Getting your hair done is more than just about the hair, it's an experience, and this was one I'll never forget. It is important to be professional and versatile, and this shop definitely lacks both of these qualities.
