Don't ever go here! They are awful! I went to Elements in Lake Lynn Lodge in May, 2011 for a facial. The woman treating me insisted on giving me a 'mild chemical peel' to address some minor cosmetic concerns I had. The treatment she gave me reacted with a topical medication I use for acne called Differin, a medication I specifically told her I was on! It burnt half my face off and left hideous painful scabs that took a week to clear up. The manager of the spa never called me to see how I was doing even though I called the spa in tears over what had happened. It took days to reach her and the lodge manager. They had no sympathy and treated me as if I was annoying them by complaining. Just awful people and awful place. PS: when I finally was able to get them to sit down and talk to me, the manager gave me a $20 coupon, what a joke!
