I have coming here since they first opened. Queen City Nails & Waxing is amazing and better than any other nails salon in Charlotte. First off, the prices are great and the service is just amazing! The owner and all the nail technicians are the sweetest and most courteous people and they never rush customers. They are very happy to oblige with my requests.

Love their pedicures! They take so much time on even just the basic pedicure. Very nice place and sweet ladies! Make an appt. If you can though...they get busy! I also get their shellac manicures which are also great.

I got a fill-in, 2 nails replaces,and an eyebrow/chin wax by the owner a week ago...one of my nails broke while picking up a glass two of my nails are lifting and others already look as if I need another fill-in. My cuticles are dry. I could feel the stuble from the wax 3 days later! Futhermore the work itself wasn't worth the ridiculous prices you pay. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste there time or money here. This place is over priced and below quality.

I called and was told the shellac manicure was $15 with the 25% coupon. Showed up and they said that a mani/pedi shellac would be $70 and their coupon was Monday through Wednesday and denied ever telling me $15. Liars. False advertising.
