STAY AWAY! You'll get more enjoyment from a cold shower. I arrived on time for my scheduled 11:00 am 90 minute hot stone massage. I waited naked in a cold room wearing nothing but a small damp towel and no blanket to crawl under. The masseuse (and I say that with a chuckle), arrived 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment. She then kept asking me to accept a 1 hour massage and return for the last 30 minutes another day. I refused. She blamed it on Groupon and that the other girl who works there can't speak English. She finally started at 11:25. The massage consisted of light straight up and down strokes on my back with little to no variation. Several times I requested more pressure, but it did not change. After 20 minutes I asked about the hot stones. She had to leave the room to get them. She used them for what seemed like less than 1 minute, then continued the same annoying strokes. Out of boredom and curiosity, I started counting how long the hot stones were used. (She had to leave the room to reheat the 2 stones all 4 times). The 2nd time was 42 seconds. The 3rd was 25 seconds. The 4th and final time was 24 seconds. Eventually she massaged my arms and legs which received a useless few minutes each. She also left the room 4 times for several minutes each time to speak with people coming in and out of the salon. She left a 5th time to answer her phone. 70 minutes after the start of my much interrupted and lackluster massage, it ended. I complained that my 90 minute hot stone massage had less than 3 minutes of stonework. She said that's how it is done. I asked if she had ever had any training in massage. She said of course, but there were no certificates and her lack of any technique proves to me she was lying. I said I didn't believe her and I would not be returning for my 2nd 90 minute Groupon. She said she was glad because they don't want to take the Groupons anyway. I did have a good laugh when I saw the sign at checkout saying tipping is mandatory. She wasn't worth the energy it would have taken to open my bag and give her a penny.
