The salon is awesome but the manager at this location ruins the whole experience. She wad totally screaming at her employees and then had the audacity to call my friend and ask her to leave our long time hair dresser and stay at the salon because they fired her....how can you fire your best hair stylist? Totally ridiculous. Toppers you lost my business. I suggest you reevaluate the person in your managerial positions

I got the best massage and facial here with a girl named Sean. She was very professional and you could tell she really cared about what she was doing. oh and John the hair stylist went to Suede in the promenade. He gives the best hair cuts, go to him. The only problem was the front desk, they were not very knowledgeable.

It's a shame Kerri is gone because that's the only reason I went.

Does anyone know where Kerri went? She left Toppers and went somewhere in Philly I hear, but apparently nobody knows where. I'm sure they just don't want to tell their clients for fear they'll leave and follow her... she's the only one that can do my hair!! If anyone knows which salon she went to, please write in. Thanks! p.s. the 5 star rating is for kerri... toppers is good, but i won't be going there anymore now that she's gone.
