I am not one to pamper myself but I had the pleasure of relaxing for a great facial with Megan! She was very nice and had great suggestions for me even though I tried to be as much of a tough guy as possible. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. I look forward to seeing Megan soon for a little pamper session!

Lackluster experience: I bought one of their packages for my wife's birthday. It was for a massage, facial, and a basic nail service. Unfortunately, my wife's experience was a little disappointing. The facial consisted of mostly criticism of my wife's skin regiment. This was followed by the pushing of various "products" they offer. The nail technician apparently was annoyed that she only got the "basic" nail service and apparently was fairly agitated the whole time she did her nails. The only service my wife had a good experience with was the massage. She said the lady was very nice and did a great job making her feel welcomed and relaxed. This year she asked for a SPA massage again. Although Haven Day Spa is right down the road, and the massage service was the only service she actually enjoyed, I most likely will not go back. I'm just not getting that warm fuzzy feeling when it comes down to pulling out my wallet for the second time.

The only service I have gotten here was a massage but the experience was great! You must book with Katie and you will get the best massage of your life! I suffered from migraines a few sessions with her and they were gone. A definite must if you are stressed and need relaxation. Try it and you will never go anywhere else.
