This place is a shady business. They can sell you a card today and then change the policy regarding the expiration period of the card and there is nothing you can do. It is your responsibility to check their website and make sure that the policy has not changed since you bought it. Do not trust them, get a proof in writing and make them sign it. I purchased a prepaid card for facials during the spring special sale back in 2013 and had one left at the end of 2014. At the time of the sale their receptionist did not tell me anything about expiration date and I was believed that it was valid for the life time of the business. Also I was given a number instead of the card and was told that the number without the card was enough. I called them in November 2014 to verify that the number was still good and was told nothing about the expiration date, so I decided to give my last facial to someone as a Christmas present. When that person called them in January of 2015 to schedule an appointment, they said that it expired as of 12/31/14. I called and spoke with the owner who promised to call me back and never did. The receptionist kept mumbling about their policies on website and the gift cards that they sell (I have never seen one). They acted like I came to their place and sold the prepaid number (not a card) to myself. They do not keep record of their customers and have no idea who is their regular customer and who is not. It is hard for me to believe that after being their customer for at least three years they could put me through the frustrating experience of arguing with them on the phone for $50 which I have already paid. They blamed everything on their former employee and denied any responsibility. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from their gift cards.

Concept Day Spat is a great place that offers a variety of beauty services. After visiting this spa I felt as a DIVA. I had my hair colored and styled also did my manicure and pedicure. The lady that was doing my manicure and pedicure - Irina was very detailed, she wasn't rushing and dedicated as much time as she needed to complete the work. Not to mention that she has a great personality and I had a blast sitting in my chair and enjoying my beauty treatment. The girl that did my hair is Alina and I want to say special thanks to her for coloring my hair, gently washing them and styling including blow dry. While I was there they offered me coffee and sweet treats which I thought was very nice of them. Thank you ladies for making me feel special and look beautiful!!! I already recommended this place to my friends and I will definitely be going back.

INEXPENSIVE AND AMAZING HAIRCUT!!! Great service, reasonably priced, friendly staff. The woman who does my hair color does an amazing job. Very natural looking. I always refer women to them and continue to do so!!

If i could give it no stars I would. I came to the salon for a hair cut and asked for layers, NOBODY knew what they were doing, didnt speak english well and totally messed up my hair. Gave me a straight haircut, no layers because she didnt even know what she was doing. then while paying they tried to make me pay more. WOULD NEVER GO BACK! DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE. If you love your hair you'll stay away

When I did my haircut, and after I wash my hair I saw a mouse you can imagine?! I never comeback, very dirty
