Poor customer service and worst massage of my life. If you have to cancel an appointment, they will charge you anyway. If THEY cancel an appointment, that's tough. They will do nothing for you. Some therapists are good, some are very substandard. I have had good experiences with other locations in this chain, but I suggest you avoid this one.

I had an hour and half massage scheduled however; it was cancelled due to my massager twisting his ankle. I have yet to receive a phone call wanting to reschedule that session. It's been 7 months. Although I do get phone calls from them when they want their money. The massage is always worth the price I do pay but obviously the business is only in it to get your money.

Adam is a GREAT masoos he never gives me a bad massage. I went to 9 different people and once i got Adam i stuck with him.

When you cancel your membership after a year; you MUST have all your massages used prior to cancelling. I just found this out last week - I have a total of 8 massages and my membership expired November 1. If I were to cancel my membership now; I would lose my 8 massage - these are not transferable either. Therefore; I have to continue to pay month-by-month until my massages are at -0- or I will be wasting $416.00. Waste of time and money...
