Best customer service I've experienced anywhere in any industry... from the front desk to each and every stylist. Expert salon and spa services are a given. Extensive, seven-days-a-week hours built around the customer, great rates and non-tipping philosophy find me there once or twice a week every week of the year for the last seven years! Great, free extras like mini-facial, hand-arm massage and make-up application. This salon does absolutely everything right!

My hair always look great thanks so much to Jason at Legacy Ladies and Gentlemen. My husband doesn't want me to go any place else. The staff are always so sweet and very helpful. Love the little things that they do like the mini massage, offering you coffee, taking your coat and hanging it up. .

I always love my haircuts with Sheri at Ladies and Gentlemen Salon and Spa. I can count on good service with friendly people and they all make me look great.

I agree about the uncomfortable chairs at the Beachwood facility. I am very surprise that a company of the caliber would have those type of hard chairs. The chairs were not only hard but they were cold and unstable, more like a rocking chair. Not to mention the technician hands were as cold as ice. Also, after I jumped so many times and told her that her hands were very cold she did nothing to make matters better. I will never use that particular service again.
