This is one of the best companies I've hired. They show up when they say they will, are super nice, explain everything carefully and do a wonderful job! I hired them to close my swimming pool and open my hot tub. Because of their great service and reasonable prices, I plan to have them do weekly cleanings on my pool and spa next summer. I would not recommend this company. Their workers are inexperienced and unreliable and their rates for service are higher than our new company. Also, their failures to maintain equipment properly have cost us thousands of dollars.
This company is horrific. When they closed our pool last year, they didn't empty out any of the heaters. As a result, the heating elements were destroyed. This was the culmination of two disastrous years with them, during which we spent 5x as much on repairs as we ever had in the past. Their works are all young and untrained, they are bad about calling people back, and even with weekly service, the water was frequently very cloudy. Avoid these people at all costs.
Delivered our Master Spa and they did a great job... We had a tough delivery and they made it look easy... They showed us everything and we have recommended our friends!
