I have always had a wonderful experience here. Do yourself a favor and do two things: get a membership, then go see Brian or Jen for a deep tissue massage. If you want actual relief you really need to get a deep tissue rather than a relaxation massage. I have suffered from mobility issues and chronic pain for years and after 3 sessions I feel like years of problems have disappeared. The therapists here are courteous and respectful. If you want them to do something differently for you, tell them and they will listen. The only downside I can think of is It's busy in there and sometimes the therapists run a couple of min behind (maybe 5), but that never cuts into the time of your session, they always make sure you get the entire length of what you paid for.

My wife and I are very happy with the Hilliard ME. The staff and therapists are friendly and professional. One suggestion to people new to massage is to try different therapists. Each has his/her own style and it is key to find the style which suits you. Some are very good at deep tissue while others are good at the more relaxing Swedish style.

My wife and I have both been going to Massage Envy in Hilliard over the last year. We have never had a bad experience there and the people at the front desk have always been very friendly, helpful and courteous to us, even when we have needed to cancel or change appointments. As for the Therapists, my wife and I tend to see either Liz or Megan most of the time. I have had massages from a couple of the other Therapists too, and it has always been good though. Just make sure to let them know what pressure and massage style you prefer - and if you are unsure, ask them for some guidance when you book the appointment. They should be able to help. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for a relaxing massage!

I just had a massage at Massage Envy in Hilliard as a Mother's Day gift from my kids. I have to tell you, it was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I got an aromatherapy upgrade on top of the massage and it was incredible. I think this is the best massage I have ever received. Great place! Can't wait to come back.

I have been a member of Massage Envy Hilliard for several years now and I have never had an unsatisfactory experience there. Over the last six months or so, it seems that every aspect of a visit has improved to the level of "exceptional." The front desk staff members are professional, pleasant, and helpful. My massage therapist, Carolyn, is asolutely fantastic. I discovered Carolyn about nine months ago and I am so spoiled by her wonderful and therapeutic massages that I won't see anyone else. She is beyond belief when it comes to deep tissue massage. I really don't need to mention any special aches or problem areas because she finds them on her own. Her knowledge of human musculature makes her a top-notch professional. As for the spa itself, it is always clean and well-maintained. I find it as comfortable and appealing as the big-name spas in the area and it is certainly a better value for one's dollar. Overall, I highly recommend Massage Envy Hilliard!
