I have been a customer of Traci and Frank Fee before they even opened Salon Reaction. I see Frank for my hair and Traci for my gel manicure and pedicure. I love their salon. It is immaculate and well maintained. The staff is incredibly attentive and pleasant. I look forward to my appointments knowing I will be treated in first class manor and have a wonderfully relaxing time. I am always complemented on my hair style and color. People are amazed at my manicure. Both of them make sure that the health of my hair and nails are always of first concern. They constantly educate themselves on the current trends or new services. I couldn't ever think of going anywhere else.

This was my third time at the salon ( shame on me for giving it several tries) I felt pressured to rebook I guess. So my loss. Anyhow... The salon itself is dirty, small, outdated and just plain ugly. The parking is awful and not to sound mean but every client coming in and out of the salon seemed out of a trailer park ! The staff dresses like slobs, and talks like slobs too, lots of foul language and loads of gossip ( about each other at that !!!) including the owner ! reading an above post seems this goes on a lot. I agree Tracy the nail lady/ owner who i recently realized was an owner acts like my 12 yr daughters olds friends. So theres the salon and staff and atmosphere, ...as for the quality of work, it was just OK for the price. They market and price themselves as a high end salon, but really just like the Great clips place at the mall... I originally was reffered from MLBB ( Mommys lil black book) I live in Richboro so this was a bit of a drive, but figured id give it a go... I should have known that places that are constantly posting coupon type deals and always saying " We are hiring" is a bad sign, people probably dont want to work there or go there. will not be returning. or using MLBB for reccomendations from here on out :( If salon reaction reads this, my advice... grow up, clean up and act, dress and talk more professional .

I have been a customer of Salon Reaction for as long as I can remember!!! Traci and Frank Fee run an amazing salon. All the stylist are very talented and listen to their clients. The salon is always clean and everyone is so friendly! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my hair or my manicures/pedicures. Truly the best salon!

The experience and expertise of everyone at the salon is without question at the highest level. They are also so friendly and accommodating whenever I am there for whatever service. I use them for my hair, nails and waxing...my son even goes for his haircuts. When that special occasion comes around, they always are the choice for hair and makeup! I highly recommend them to my family and friends all the time :)

Salon Reaction has been my salon since it opened, almost 10 years ago. The stylists are very talented and are always striving to improve to keep up with the times. They always have the latest products and trends and the knowledge that goes with them. As a former stylist, I consider myself to be somewhat choosy about does my hair, nails and waxing and have found Salon Reaction to be the best "one stop shop" for all of my beauty needs!
