Massage was decent but not great. I joined their club and then did the math that it just doesn't make sense. I gave them a notice that I was canceling my membership in the required 72 hour period and had an employee sign it. THEY STILL DEDUCT THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Great massages at great prices. I have been a member since they opened. My only complaint is you can never get an appointment on short notice anymore. I was always able to call something that day and with my schedule that is part of what I liked best about them. I can't remember the last time I called that they were not booked for the day. I have hours saved up now and am thinking of cancelling my membership. It is a great place in every other way though.

Had a fantastic massage!!! I recieved a giftcard for my birthday for a one hour massage. When I called to book an appointment the girl at the front desk was extremely helpful. I had never recieved a massage before and she answered all of my questions for me. She helped me pick a therapist based on the problems I was having with my back. When I arrived at massage envy they asked me a few more questions about what kind of pressure I wanted and what I wanted to focus on. The therapist was excellent. She really listened to me about my problems, and checked with me during the massage to make sure it was what I wanted. When I came out of my massage to check out the girl at the front desk explained the membership to me. It's perfect!! You get a one hour massage a month, plus if I wanted more I get them at a discount. It's nice to know I can atleast have one day a month to relax for myself. It's perfect for people on a budget as it's true you really need massage for your regular health and wellness. I would recommend massage envy, and especially the mcmurray location to anyone.

I have been going there for months now and I'm extremely happy I bought the membership! It has saved me soooo much money and it has become my day of "me time" every month. The therapists are VERY professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I also recommend the aromatherapy and the hot stone!!!!! Amazing services at half the cost of ritzy high end spas!!
