The "doctor" is too good to meet with first patients. He has his PAs do all the injections...that are poorly doned...both times I had to go back for touch ups.. My second appt I was there for 2 hours for a 45 tops proceedure botox and filler..my last appt today. Last being the catch word.....i was made to wait for an hour. Funny thing is this was my 3red appt and finally was able to meet an arrogant doctor... He's just a jerk...
After receiving Botox my right eye drooped to nearly halfway shut. It took almost two months to return to normal. I was given a prescription for eye drops and told there was nothing else they could do. I asked for a refund or credit of my $500 and was told no because it is a possible side effect of Botox. I called up at least 5 times to talk to the manager and in the end got no results and her manager never called me back. I am amazed at the poor customer service at this supposedly "high end" clinic. With so many good clinics out there I suggest you go somewhere else.
I just wanted to highly recommend Dr. Brian Heil of Premier Plastic Surgery. I had a breast augmentation in August 2009 and I'm extremely satisfied! The Aqua Blue Medical Spa has a wonderful atmosphere; it just makes you feel relaxed. The staff is wonderfully nice and always smiling and happy, even at their busiest times they make you feel like you're the only patient there! Dr. Heil is a wonderful surgeon, very soft-spoken and nice, and knows what he's doing. I love my new breasts! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heil!
Do not pay for your procedure in full in advance. I had to cancel my procedure due to an illness and they said they will still charge me almost half of the cost and a month later I am still waiting for my partial refund.
The reception staff is a startling combination of crude, incompetent, and apathetic. They filed my claim under the wrong insurance twice, and insisted that they hadn’t. They also claimed that the incorrect insurance on my pathology bill did not come from them and must have come from my OB/GYN! My OB/GYN does not have the incorrect insurance listed, and it states on the pathology bill that the information was received from Premier Plastic Surgery. Rather than accept that they had created a problem, they blamed a completely unrelated doctor. The medical care was also mediocre. Despite the close proximity of the offices to my home, the combination of poor service and underwhelming care are enough for me to look elsewhere in the future.
