I've visited Massage Envy locations in a few different cities, but the one on Verdae & Laurens Rd in Greenville is the very worst I have ever seen. the front desk staff is a joke- full of giggly teens/immature young adults that are way too loud for the ideal atmosphere of a spa. I can't believe someone would spend money to open a franchise just to see it go down the drain like this location. The staff were not inviting, the clinic was dirty (I wondered if the sheets on the massage bed were really clean or not), the restrooms did not have paper towels, there were tiny bits of toilet tissue all over the carpet just outside the bathrooms, I could hear loud talking & laughing coming from the employee break room, trash accumulated around the front entrance, it smelled of cheap air freshener and poop, there was no music at all, there were tiny plastic floaties in the water that my therapist gave me, and my therapist talked the entire time so i couldn't relax. She also cut my session 8 minutes short, even tho I had arrived early. I told the (very) rude front desk girl, Ragen?, and she acted as if she did not care and was even smirking the whole time i was talking to her. Also, as i walked out into the front lobby, I could see that she was playing on the internet checking her Facebook. this place is a joke, save your money and go to a different location. I've been to other locations and i promise they are not all the same

Would not recommend. They give you a sheet to fill out so they "can better tailor your massage" by having you check areas of the body you want massaged. However when I got the massage they did only ONE of the target areas! My poor feet didnt get massaged at all. They got scrubbed with the sugar scrub (Which was extra) but since I paid extra for that, my feet didn't get massaged during my massage!,During the sugar scrub, the ball of my feet and my toes got nothing. It was way less than an hour because the clock in the room was different (off by 10 minutes) than actual time. Also the music was broken so there wasn't any. Save your money.

I really like this place. I had a gift certificate from a coworker and I didn't expect much, but they really did a great job with my massage and I did enjoy the customer service a lot. I'm definitely going to sign up for a membership and start going monthly!!

The worst massage company I've ever dealt with. They trick you into a membership without telling you you can't cancel unless you move out of state or have a medical note. They don't warn the customers about up-charges before they come in. They tell you after you've received the massage or facial. I will NOT be signing up for another membership. That was the worst decision ever!!

I have been using Massage Envy since they opened locally in Greenville. The staff have always been courteous and friendly. The therapists are knowledgeable and professional. They keep up-to-date with my issues and offer suggestions for homework. Thanks for a great service!
