My daughter got her eyebrows waxed today and it literally burned her skin off!! She has had them done there numerous times and has never had this problem. Obviously the wax was to hot!! That will be the last time for sure!!

This FORMERLY was my favorite place to get a pedicure for almost two years. I even took my bridal party here in 2010. I love the spa like atmosphere with numerous pedi chairs. About six months ago I had a bad experience. The staff was rushed, and they mixed my toe color with another color on the table. I was with a friend and talking and didn't realize it until half way through my pedi. I let it go. I found another pedi place that i enjoyed but decided to give tips n toes another try last week while I was already on Woodruff. The staff member doing my pedi was also in charge of answering the phone (which rang over 10 times), greeting new customers asking them to pick a color and directing them to wait in the waiting area or take a seat at a pedi chair/ mani chair. She RUSHED through my whole pedi, merely brushed my heels (if I can even say that), they actually felt MORE ROUGH when I left than before! I felt completely uncomfortable, rushed, and I will NOT EVER go back! I get pedicures to relax and feel good... Not to go be stressed out! They need someone designated to work the desk separate from the nail workers. Not to mention when I paid, the girl checking me out shoved my receipt down into my purse. I am not sure if this is a cultural thing but it was completely rude and just confirmed that I will not be returning to tips n toes even if my pedi was FREE. How you can go in somewhere to get your nails done and leave with them looking WORSE is mind boggling!!!

Even though they were busy and i had to wait - it was definitely worth it! Best eyebrow wax I've ever had and everyone was super nice!! So funny ... And appreciated ... That even though they spoke their native language to each other they would speak to me in perfect, UNDERSTANDABLE English. I always feel embarrassed when I can't understand people. :-) HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My friend recommended this place to me, and it was fantastic. The service was great, the price was right, and my mani and pedi held up for a long time. I will defnitely return here for my next manicure!

This is the nicest nail salon in its class I have been to. They absolutely give the best pedicures and the set up is great...and relaxing! This is a must see!!
