Seriously the BEST spa I've ever been to. The massage therapists know how to apply pressure and alleviate real issues. Facial is AH-MAZ-ING! My skin was glowing when I left. And finally - BETHANIE, no better mani/pedi south of the Mason-Dixon. Serious! You'll never go to a cheap mail salon again...leather lounge chairs as soft as silk and nails that last weeks!

People were nice when we arrived for our couples massage. The room for the message was nice. The changing area didn't have any lotion, deodorant are any other normal bathroom items you would get when there is a sauna and shower available. The men sauna wasn't working that day and didn't share that at check in. My husband was very disappointed. We have been to Spa's all over the world and this was just okay. I think it's over priced for what you receive.

My husband and I went to River Falls Spa for our anniversary. We got the Table for Two service, which included a couples massages and a hydrotherapy session in our own private suite, complete with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! The spa is really beautiful and the staff could not have been more welcoming, attentive or professional. They truly thought of everything! We had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for everything, ladies!

I will never go to this SPA EVER!!!! I can no speak to the customer service in person because i have never been there. I called to schedule a spa day for my sisters 21st birthday ( a total of 5 people). I called for simple price quote and package information. I was greeted with an attitude. I was treated as if my money was not good enough to be spent with this establishment. I asked about the services offered and what they included and was never given a clear answer. I will never book this company for anything.

I have been to River Falls many times. I will never go anywhere else. The owner, Lauren, makes everyone feel special and important. I have had maasages by Jessica and Jacqueline - and it's hard to say which is better. The steam room is so clean and sanitized that it's the first place I ever felt comfortable enough to stay and relax. I have been to the Spa at West End several times - and it doesn't even compare. River Falls makes you think you are the only one who matters in the world - not just another customer. Who can't go wrong at River Falls. A must!!!
