I am use to an upscale day spa for my waxing services, facials, massages & hair! The girl left where I was going so needless to say it had been many, many month's without waxing. My daughter kept telling me to try Claudia! I happened to drive past the place & pulled over & called them to try & get an appt. I was told to come right now ( it would take me a week or more to get an appt at my old place). I showed up and was greeted very pleasantly. Filled out my paper work and next thing I knew the lady (can't remember her name) took me to the room. I was very nervous but we just "clicked" so I was a bit more relaxed. She did do things a bit different than I was used to but I can honestly say EVERY piece of hair was gone. Where as the place I had used would always leave a few hairs behind. They do use a hard was which really is the best to use when waxing that area. Sugaring works good for sensitive skin. The young lady actually used hard wax fist & then polished the rest off with the sugar. Yes it hurts however, the more you do it the less painful it becomes. Also keeping the waxing up on a regular schedule helps with the pain too. Since hair grows in cycles each time you go there will be less hair than the first. Everyone there was very sweet, polite & very professional. And as far as the price....I paid for 2 waxes plus a "nice" tip and it was still cheaper than 1 visit where I had been going. And because my daughter referred me there she will get $5 off her next visit! They did not try to sell me any packages, lotions or potions while I was there. I did buy the numbing cream and even with that I asked about it, it was not "pushed" on me. I can honestly say that I will always go to Claudia's from now on!! The only thing I would suggest that they do different is to leave you a warm wet cloth so that you can wipe the extra wax off between your cheeks before dressing. The atmosphere is very relaxing & comfortable. Most of all EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN! I notice those things since I'm a clean freak! Please give this place a try.....I truly believe you will not be disappointed. Matter of fact I will be trying their facials as well since they are also cheaper than where I was going. Also, I was called the next day to be sure that everything was fine & that I wasn't having any issues or questions. Heck, my family Dr. doesn't even do that.

I LOVE this place!!!! I have been coming to Claudia for 2 or 3 years and I love it!! She and her staff are very professional and friendly, I was lucky enough to have a facial scheduled when a new employee started and they let her try everything on me which was awesome!!! Also, you can't beat the hours they are open, and Claudia will work with you for your special occasions! My husband loves Brazilian Wax by Claudia, and he has never even been there..lol

I had the brazilian wax. NOTE: I came in with 3 weeks of growth which was barely 1/4 inch of hair and Claudia was able to get everything off. She tried a few different waxes and it worked perfectly. I've tried another aesthetician and Claudia is much better. PROS: -she's very skilled and fast at removing hair -awesome personality that makes you comfortable -awesome low price for the brazilian -takes her time to make it perfect CONS: -i don't like the paper sheet over the table, it sticks to you when you have to flip over -Claudia put a small fan between my legs to speed up drying time, which is ok but made paranoid if there is a smell -for brazilian, instead of raising legs up in air, you flip over and spread your but-cheeks apart, whic i'm not used to and it was a little awkward. but hey, your snatch is getting waxed anyway. OVERALL: awesome, awesome price and Claudia really handles you expertly -I'm going to be a regular

my wife really enjoyed this place. it was our anniversary [numero uno] and i bought her a package. she got waxed had a facial and received a massage, i think its called the pleasure package

L.O.V.E this place!! everyone is so friendly!!! i love how it smells when i walk in [inspires me to go home and clean] Marchelle has waxed me before and yes it hurts but hey they are waxing your vagina!! Johana has waxed my leg and gosh i love her for it.. i have to shave everyday and now i just get my legs waxed about once a month!! the only thing i would get rid is that awful pink on the walls :)
