WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never return and advise my friends and family to do the same! It's suppose to be a spa were you can relax and have a little fun too, but not here! The worker in the ladies part of the spa was extremely rude as was the late night front desk guy. To top it off, in the pool in the aqua bar there are ventd in the bottom of the heated pool that pushes out very hot water. You cannot see them until you step on one and end up with blisters as I did. Apparently it's ok for the ladies pool area to walk around naked, tramp stamp showing and all, being rude and threatening to kick you out if you're laughing too loud or just having a girls evening out after work with friends. Too bad I had to leave a star on this review. My experience was at least a -5 star review. Pay all that money to be treated like crap...never again!!!
Very poor customer service! The bath and sauna parts of this spa are clean and relaxing, just don't spend money for extra services. I got an 'Aromatherapy Manicure' that was advertised as 40 minutes. It was NOT worth $25. It was a regular manicure with a bit of lavender oil added to the lotion. I shouldn't pay $10 extra for two drops of oil. It isn't any longer than a regular manicure either, honestly it felt really rushed. Not to mention one of the employees phones kept going of to the point that my nail technician commented on it! Turn your phone to silent when customers are there, I don't want to hear a duck quacking every 30 seconds during my mani. When I told management, the lady ran off and came back 20 minutes later and proceeded to argue with me about the quality of the manicure. She said she checked the cameras and I spent 30 minutes in the nail salon so I was wrong and everything was as advertised. I want those 10 minutes or $10 back! Needless to say I didn't get a refund. Very poor customer service.
Super cold spa.. Colder than outside, can't lay down. Hot steam is broke and the staff said "They can't fix it". Also, there are not enough towels.. Go to Kingspa at Harryhines. The owner of this place seems like not intereted to reinvestment or make the whole spa cold for texans. lol
$35 for 24 hours; open 24 hours. Free range on everything except for extra services that require an employee to work on you, i.e. massages & manicures. Pools with aquajets, Jacuzzis, multiple hot rooms. A restaurant to eat, testing areas to sleep.
I was very disappointed for the money I spent. I wish I would have read these reviews before spending so much money. The pictures are false advertising, the staff was very rude, the food was horrible (esp for the $) and half of the jets were broken. I do not expect this place to be open for more than another year. I would have much rather spent my money at a real spa.
