I have used them off and on, and they do an awful job every time. I tried them again today 1/7/15 (since they are close to my home) and they did not wipe down my back 2 tires and rims. Never again! Stay away and find another car wash. I am surprised they are still in business when doing consistently poor work.

I have been coming to cool water for years, and their quality has been in decline. Got a $40 wash on my jeep today and I might as well have done a drive through gas station wash and spent 5 min with a self vaccum. this will be my last trip there for a while. I have taken a 3 of my family vehicles there over the last two weeks and I was disappointed with all 3 washes... disappointing, bucause they used to be great...

I came here today to get a state inspection done (they have a deal for a free exterior wash as well). I told them I wanted the inspection done and made sure it would include the free wash. During my wait, I was asked two more times if I wanted the wash. Do you not speak enough English to understand? Then the receptionist didn't have enough info to tell him which car was mine. So he tells me to wait even more. I watch as they clean the inside of my car and outside windows but it doesn't seem high quality (didn't think it would be for free). One worker decides to "slap" the back of my car probably leaving his dirty fingerprints on it after cleaning dirty cars all day. Not cool. And now I've found black smudges on the material inside my car. Probably from the same used dirty towels they wiped my entire car down with. And there are water drop stains still there. Not to mention my mirrors weren't even touched. I will never go back. These people don't give a crap. They do enough to get by their equally lazy management.

Having been a customer for over 4 years. Called ahead for state inspection, lady said ok and no wait. I arrived 15 min later and staff said the inspector is on break. I asked what time and they said in about an hour. I left and try calling a hour later, lady said again that he is off for another 30 mins. What kind of business does not have active working during normal business hour?

I have taken my cars here for a while. They usually do an ok job. Lately I have had two cars done and another one detailed. The cars still had dirt on them and the detail on the inside was horrible. No attention to detail whatsoever. I should have just done it myself. Time to find a new place, I'm done with them.
