I used to go to Stephanie here for my haircuts and color ...she's an awesome stylist but the saloon is so mismanaged when it comes to keeping up with appointments . They cancelled my last 3 appointments . Appointment were either not there on the calendar or moved out . Especially when they tried to move out my last appointment (which is after i already had 2 cancellations) I told them to give me another stylist as i badly needed a haircut and this was the 3rd one in a row that they were canceling. They told me to get to the saloon in 20 min from wherever i was (in the middle of my work) or i would not even get that. This is the rudest treatment I have ever had as a customer.
In fact i walked in at another saloon close-by (Regis' at firewheel) and got me a super smart hair cut & style...All that wait at Life Spa was seriously useless, wouldn't go there again
